Account Executive (Full-Time -- Worthington, OH)
Description
- Meet with clients to review medical management activity.
- Review reports and make recommendations.
- Attends initial implementation meetings with sales and field directors.
- Functions as liaison between the client and operations.
- Performs customer satisfaction surveys.
- Responds and resolves any service related problems.
- Identifies new product needs and coordinates with sales.
- Coordinates with field directors on issues related to them.
- Develops, maintains close working relationship with clients.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in the management of complex client relationships.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Knowledge of self-funded business requirements, disease mangement, and wellness products.
- Ability to work effectively with staff at all levels within the organization.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to travel frequently.
