Account Executive (Full-Time -- Worthington, OH)


Description

  • Meet with clients to review medical management activity.
  • Review reports and make recommendations.
  • Attends initial implementation meetings with sales and field directors.
  • Functions as liaison between the client and operations.
  • Performs customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Responds and resolves any service related problems.
  • Identifies new product needs and coordinates with sales.
  • Coordinates with field directors on issues related to them.
  • Develops, maintains close working relationship with clients.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in the management of complex client relationships.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Knowledge of self-funded business requirements, disease mangement, and wellness products.
  • Ability to work effectively with staff at all levels within the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
