The position is responsible for writing responses for proposals (RFPs) from prospects and distribution partners as well as other sales and marketing collateral materials for a large, independent medical management company. The position reports to the Director of Marketing.

• Working with the assigned sales vice president and subject matter experts throughout the company to respond to RFPs, RFIs (Requests for Information), client requests and proposals for integrated, complex services.
• Writing concise, accurate content and maintaining/ updating the RFP database.
• Writing creative, factual content for sales and marketing materials.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with a wide variety of subject matter experts at all levels of the firm.
• Responding to numerous ad hoc requests for a broad range of content, data and customized information in a creative and timely manner.
• Knowledge/skill utilizing word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, desktop publishing programs, photo manipulation programs, etc.

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, communications, journalism or related area
• Minimum of three to five years experience working in a similar position
• In-depth industry knowledge of utilization, case and disease management, as well as lifestyle and wellness offerings, is preferred.
