Jim Williams • Chief Information Officer

Jim has more than 25 years of experience in technology fields, consulting and technical management positions. He previously applied his expertise to the insurance, banking and eCommerce industries, working for nationally recognized companies such as Nationwide Insurance, Bank One (now JPMorgan Chase) and Sterling Commerce, a subsidiary of SBC Communications, Inc. Jim began his tenure at American Health as a consultant in 2002, and was instrumental in the building and implementation of American Health's proprietary iSuite software system. He joined American Health in 2003 as Director of Application Development. In his current role as Chief Information Officer, Jim provides leadership and strategic oversight to American Health's information technology needs, overseeing software development and client support services, and maintaining the technical infrastructure at the company's corporate headquarters and its numerous satellite offices across the country.
